Traditional ↔ Simplified Chinese converter

Why character-by-character conversion fails
Many Simplified characters correspond to more than one Traditional character. 发 is 發 in 發展 (develop) but 髮 in 頭髮 (hair), and 后 is 後 in 以後 but stays 后 in 皇后. This converter uses the OpenCC phrase dictionaries to choose the right form from context, then applies regional variants such as Hong Kong 裏 versus Taiwan 裡.
Always proofread names and specialist terms, since no automatic converter is perfect.
